Beginning with the 2009 season and going forward until further notice the rain check policy will be as follows:

Rain checks will be issued when the golf course becomes unplayable due to weather reasons or dangerous conditions, or the weather makes play unreasonable. The Club solely reserves the right to make these decisions.

Rain checks will only be issued for other reasons at the sole discretion of the Club.

Rain checks when issued will be on a direct pro rata basis. For example, if a player paid $32.00 for an 18 hole fee for golf and cart and plays only 9 holes the player would be entitled to a rain check valued @ $16.00.

Rain checks have no cash value, and may be used for golf and cart fees only. Rain checks may not be used for leagues, outings, or tournaments. Rain checks will only be honored during the year issued.
